Buyer-safety notes

Before you buy, check these two.

Not a full homework assignment. Not a fear spiral. Just two honest questions to make sure you are choosing from clarity instead of urgency.

Two-question gut check.

If either one is true, you do not need to shame yourself. Just slow down long enough to make the decision with your eyes open.

What I want for you

Clear, not frantic.

You are allowed to want change. You are allowed to want support. You are allowed to be excited about what could be possible. The point is not to make you wait forever. The point is to make sure the choice is yours.

Provider note

Basic common sense, but still.

If you take medications or have health variables that matter, talk to your provider about mixing anything new. That is not fear. That is grown-woman oversight.

The goal is not to outsource your decision. The goal is to make it with your eyes open.
